Hangcha's new pedestrian all-electric stacker adopts a walking/lifting dual electric drive system, equipped with a 24V 85Ah maintenance-free lead-acid battery and a high-performance drive motor, providing continuous and stable power output, adapted to the needs of high-frequency and high-intensity warehousing operations. The vehicle uses a 16mm thick C+H channel steel to create a reinforced gantry structure, with a double chain transmission design, and maintains full load capacity at 2.5 meters height, ensuring the load-bearing stability of stacking operations up to 3.6 meters. Continuing the features of the all-electric series, it is equipped with an integrated multi-function handle combining speed control, lifting operation and emergency braking functions, paired with PU material front double wheels (low-noise + non-marking design), to achieve flexible steering in narrow indoor spaces. This product combines powerful performance, durable structure and easy operation, and is especially suitable for efficient palletized handling in e-commerce warehousing and manufacturing workshops.
Appearance
The vehicle adopts a narrow frame design with a width of 850mm, and is equipped with a sharp-edged C+H-shaped channel steel door frame (16mm thick). It features an integrated welding process, producing even and smooth welds. The multifunctional operating handle integrates electronic speed regulation, lifting control and emergency brake buttons, while the simple operating platform creates a visual combination of power and design.
Practicality
This product uses dual drive motors and 24V 85Ah maintenance-free lead-acid batteries to support continuous operation. Its core load-bearing structure features a 16mm thick C+H channel steel gantry, coupled with a double chain drive design to ensure stable rated load performance without capacity loss under 2.5-meter elevated working conditions. The specially equipped 1150mm integrated reinforced fork is made of 16mm thick high-manganese steel and has undergone a special heat treatment process, providing super anti-bending performance that enables long-term 1500kg heavy-load operations without deformation.
